Today I started my sea moss cleansing for self-help and self-care I will post pictures of the jar later I forgot to take a picture of it I'm just trying to give myself energy stay in a good spirit and get healthier.

Single mother

It's hard when you are a single mother. And do not have a man. Sometimes i think i should , But all that I have been through, I choose not.  Part of me is scared of him leaving and the other have scared that he might be abusive.  And all of me is scared that he may be a child molester. In the past I have been threw it all. And I really have not been able to talk about it.

Time's are hard

when support is there then it's gone then it's there again . what? are you suppose to do ? Some people do not have a clue what? to do?.
